Sun Chemical Receives Silver Rating for Sustainability from EcoVadis
FIAUK Diamond Plus Partner, Sun Chemical, has received a silver rating for its sustainability efforts across all business units and regions from EcoVadis, the world’s largest provider of business sustainability ratings.
The silver rating places Sun Chemical in the top 25 percent of rated companies within its business sector and was earned through EcoVadis’ assessment in four categories—environment, ethics, labour and human rights, and sustainable procurement.

“Recognition from EcoVadis is an exciting milestone in Sun Chemical’s journey toward sustainability,” said Mike Simoni, Global Sustainability Director, Sun Chemical. “This award is a strong reflection of our dedication to improving eco-efficiency and providing industry advancements in sustainability as we work with DIC Corporation toward our goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.”

Innovative, sustainable, service-oriented:
hubergroup Print Solutions at Labelexpo Europe 2023
The future of printing – that’s what Labelexpo Europe, which will take place in Brussels (Belgium) from September 11 to 14, 2023, promises. Right in the middle of it will be FIAUK Diamond Partner hubergroup Print Solutions on stand 7E39.

The international printing ink specialist will present its comprehensive service concept as well as its three innovative series for flexo printing – iray, HYDRO-X and Gecko. For hubergroup, however, the focus will be on direct exchange with visitors.

BOBST reveals its Innovation Award winners for 2023
FIAUK Diamond Partner, BOBST, has presented its annual Inventor Awards, given to innovators and their patents within the business that have pushed the boundaries of technology to enhance print and packaging workflows for customers.
For 2023, BOBST has issued two awards for the first time. The main Inventor Award has been presented to Patrice Chatry and Maude Steiner, inventors of the Non-Stop with Automatic Swords Selection innovation, while a Special Jury Award has been presented to Rene Heinze, inventor of an intermediate dryer in particular for rotary printing presses.

Flint Group to exhibit at Labelexpo Europe 2023
At this year’s Labelexpo Europe, FIAUK Diamond Partner Flint Group’s Narrow Web business and Digital team (Xeikon) will showcase solutions and services that contribute to the seamless and sustainable growth of label converters.
The booth, located in Hall 5 C28 & C29, will highlight how the company’s products and services enable a thriving label business environment while prioritising environmental consciousness.
