Networking Events

FIA^UK hosts various events throughout the year. These events provide debates on key industry issues and aim to support and educate its members on the flexo sector in general

Held at convenient locations around the country, the event is free to attend for FIA^UK members and only £10 for non-members. Each meeting lasts a maximum of 3 hours starting at 8.30am and includes a welcome coffee and breakfast roll for refreshment.

FIA^UK NextGen Networking Day

FIA^UK and its Shadow Board is about to launch its first exciting event designed to connect and inspire the next generation of flexographic industry professionals.

This event will feature a diverse lineup of speakers from various sectors of the industry who will share their insights and experiences. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in interactive and thought-provoking activities designed to spark creativity and innovation. The day will include a series of engaging games that are both fun and educational, providing a unique way to learn more about the industry and connect with peers. A highlight of the day will be the panel discussion, where industry experts will discuss current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the flexographic field. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable knowledge and perspectives from seasoned professionals.

FIA^UK supports members and partners at company Open Days to educate companies on what is offered through their trade association.

Breakfast Meeting Topics

The issue of packaging sustainability and environmental concerns of consumers were at the forefront of media attention, and the Board recognised it needed to support the members with insightful discussion and agreement on a strategy for the packaging and flexographic printing sector.

FIA^UK now leads its ‘Educate, Innovate, Collaborate and Legislate’ debates on a regular basis with a panel of representatives from across the industry to lead out thoughtful discussion and strategic thinking to help drive lobbying, media coverage and deliver support to the flexo sector.
