FIAuk to celebrate 50th anniversary year with a host of events
The Flexographic Industry Association (FIAUK) has announced some initial flexographic industry events for 2022 as it celebrates a landmark 50 years since its inception.
Reflecting on its latest milestone, FIAUK has shared initial details of three of its events in the coming year, which will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the organisation and provide essential networking opportunities for its partners and members.
The newly appointed Chairman of FIAUK, Andy Wilson, said: “2022 is going to be an exciting year for the association as we celebrate our fantastic milestone of 50 years serving the industry and to give thanks to the countless individuals that have contributed over the years. To honour this achievement, we will be hosting some great events throughout the year.”
The first event will be held on May 19th as our ever-popular annual golf day returns. Following that will be our 50th anniversary celebration taking place on June 14th, with the annual Gala Awards Dinner on September 22nd. FIAUK will release more details for these events and additional events in due course.
Andy continued: “It is an exciting time to be part of the industry as it continues its pursuit for excellence – a theme that will be echoed across all our headline events this year. Although we are keeping our cards close to our chest right now, we will release more details closer to the events, and we are confident this will excite all those planning to attend!”
Founded in 1972, FIAUK has grown in members and partners, with an elected board drawn from all aspects of the membership. Members and Partners include printers, designers, repro houses, platemakers, machinery suppliers, ink manufacturers, material suppliers and technology companies.
